I am the Herman Brown Chair and Professor of Political Science at Texas Christian University. I joined the TCU faculty in 2011, and my primary research and teaching interests are in international relations and foreign policy analysis. I have special interests in US foreign policy-making, the role of Congress, and US democracy promotion and democracy assistance.
